Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Shopping Cart" and choose "Checkout" then you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment through Pay Pal credit. You do not have to set up an account to pay with credit card.
Shipping & Handling
Shippng cost for USA only:
- $0-$65 : $7.50
- $65-$200 : $9.00
- $200-$400 : $11.00
- $400 or more : $14.00
Canadian and International orders have a higher rate chart but may also be subject to additional shipping charges if postal rates change.
The USPS is now shipping all International orders through a new sort center. Canadian customers should expect 2 week delivery time.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your website order to you in 1-3 business days via United States Postal Service. Most orders are usually received in 3 to 7 business days from date of shipping. International orders please contact us for shipping schedule.
Back Orders
Most of our products are in stock at all times. Should a back order occur we will automatically ship the items as soon as we can unless you specify that you do not wish to have us fill your back orders.
Tax Charges
Taxes will only be charged for items delivered to the State of Wisconsin.
Our Guarantee & Returns
Spanky Baits carry our 100% guarantee, if you have any problems with any of our products feel free to contact us within 30 days of purchase. Since Spanky Baits custom assembles baits to your spec.s there will be a restocking charge for unused lures, accessories or clothing that is not defective. For baits purchased at a retail location please provide a copy of your reciept with return. We will not cover product without original proof of purchase.
Phone Orders
We do take orders over the phone, however the orders may take longer to manufacture and we can't guarantee the 1-3 day shipping. Prices over the phone may differ form the website and there may be additional processing charges.
